Cancellation Policy

At CartMora.live, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with:

• Your Order ID
• Customer name
• Reason for cancellation

Our team will check the order status and confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required if payment has not yet been collected.

Important Notes

Repeated order refusals or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

CartMora.live also reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or other unavoidable circumstances.
